A dedicated and qualified service team member carries out a visual inspection of the vehicle engine, components, tyres, bodywork, interior condition, documents, remote keys and maintenance records. A summary of the inspection is provided with each vehicle to you.

Using our state of the art tech and systems we ensure your new vehicle undergoes its annual service using the best quality and grade of oil and lubricants suited for it’s individual engine.

This process includes engine oil renewal, filter replacement, fluid level check including coolant, brake and power steering fluid as well as wiper blades check.

TYRE INSPECTION

A dedicated team member visually inspects each tyre. A summary of this inspection can be found on your vehicle report. The inspection includes checking for the tyre brand, tyre condition, tyre tread and tyre health in terms of MOT standards.

Your new vehicle’s computer is connected to our systems, on which we run a full health scan. This is to ensure that the vehicle has no outstanding or present engine related electronic issues present prior to delivery to you. Service notifications are reset to the correct setting, to remind you when to carry out the next service.

SYSTEM CHECK

A dedicated team member will cycle through all the onboard vehicle systems to ensure smooth operation of all electronic functions prior to your new vehicle being delivered to you. This includes checking the audio, navigation, bluetooth, camera and sensor, windows and mirrors, headlamps and bulbs, as well as heating and central locking system.
